Q. I'd like to get started. What are my next steps?
A. We make the whole process easy. Vistit our Lesson Registration Page and complete a short form. No credit card is required. If you prefer, you can register directly by calling (781) 641-1811.
Q. Can you let me know what your rates are?
A. Of course. No one likes surprises. Rates are as follows:
30 minutes: $45
45 minutes: $65
60 minutes: $85
One-time Registration fee: $25
These rate apply to both virtual as well as in-studio lessons.
Q. How often do I pay tuition?
A. Prepayment for the month is required and due during last week of the month for the following month.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept secure payments through Venmo.
Q. What is your current instructional schedule?
A. Lessons are held every week with the exception of school vacations and federal holidays. Lessons during July and August are optional.
Q. Can I cancel my session?
A. Yes. We kindly request a 24 hour notice. Illness or family emergencies only to receive credit.
Q. What if there is bad weather during the day of my in-studio lesson - will you still be open?
A. In the event of inclement weather, clients will be contacted via email and offered a private Virtual Voice Lesson using the Zoom platform.
Q. How can I discontinue my lessons?
A. If you elect to discontinue lessons, a 30 day notice and last month’s tuition is required.
Q. Do you offer Makeup Lessons?
A. There are no makeup lessons offered for missed lessons. If you cannot attend your regularly scheduled lesson, you will be charged. Extended illness or injury will be handled on a case-by-case basis determined by the director.
